...2 days ago we made homemade pizza and I always do some leftover path for a bread or two. This time I made a flat Italian giabatta bread with dried tomatoes and green olives.
Yesterday I used some of the bread for a delicious healthy tuna sandwich for dinner. I just mixed half can tuna in water with some yogurt, mayo and herbs. The bread in half with two slices cheese for about 10 minutes in the oven and voilà.
It already smells goood :)
Put the tuna paste an egg in slices and pickles in slices over it and enjoy it.
